Thank you for choosing Melilash! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, we’ll begin processing it right away. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline:

Our standard delivery time is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, depending on your location.

 

Same Day Delivery (Within Kandy & Suburbs Only):

We provide same-day delivery service for specific areas within Kandy and its suburbs. To receive your order on the same day you place it, simply ensure that you place your order before 3pm. Find out more details by clicking

Delivery Charges:

• Standard Delivery Charge: LKR 350 (islandwide)

Damages:

We take care in packaging your items, but if you receive a damaged product due to transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Simply email us with pictures at info@melilash.lk and we will gladly replace the item at no extra cost, subject to approval of the claim.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within Sri Lanka.
