We are excited to offer Same-Day Delivery to our valued Melilash customers! Now you can enjoy the convenience of receiving your favourite makeup and skincare products on the same day within selected areas in Kandy and its suburbs. 

 

Terms & Conditions

• Same-Day Delivery Charge: LKR 350

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered on or the next working day.

• Delivery Days: Same-day delivery is available on both weekdays & weekends. 

• Delivery Time: Deliveries take place between 4 PM and 9 PM.

(Please note: We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. If you are unavailable, kindly inform us.

Delivery Information

We deliver using our PickMe Flash. Please ensure you answer calls from the delivery rider to avoid delays.
If a second delivery attempt is required, additional charges may apply.

 

Payment Methods

Same-day delivery is available for all payment methods.
If you choose bank deposit, please WhatsApp your payment receipt along with the order number immediately to help us dispatch your order on time

 

Additional Information

Melilash reserves the right to cancel same-day delivery if the address is outside the eligible areas. In such cases, the order will be processed as standard delivery.

Occasional delays may occur due to bad weather, high traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
